1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the collection, processing and use of personal data by TakeRoyal-Finance LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and applies to all information that the Company may receive about visitors to the website https://royalfinance.kg.

1.2. The following basic concepts and terms are used in this Policy:

1) the website — a set of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at a network address https://royalfinance.kg;

2) confidentiality of personal data — mandatory requirement for the Company or another person who has access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the personal data subject or other legitimate grounds.

3) processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, automated processing, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access, cross-border transfer), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;

5) The User (personal data subject) — any visitor to the website https://royalfinance.kg.

1.3. The Company uses the information collected about Users to fulfill its contractual obligations and improve the quality of customer service.

1.4. The Company and its affiliated companies undertake to make every effort to protect the confidentiality of the personal data received.

1.6. In case of disagreement with the terms of this Policy, the personal data subject must stop using the website and its services.

1.7. The user (the subject of personal data) confirms that by clicking on the button to submit the completed form on the website, he agrees to the processing of personal data. 2. Subject of this Policy

2.1. Personal data authorized for processing under this Policy is provided by the User (the subject of personal data) by filling out the appropriate forms on the website or providing the Company with such information by phone, e-mail, during a videoconference or in any other way. This information includes personal data provided when registering on the site, opening an account and verifying the identity of the account holder or persons authorized to use it, as well as payment instruments used by the person, when using any of the site's services, when placing orders on the site, when participating in discussions in various chat rooms or using any other communication functions on the site, when participating in sweepstakes, promotions or surveys, as well as when informing the Public about problems or issues with the site.

2.2. Personal data provided by the personal data subject may include:

— Last name, first name, patronymic;

— Residential address and nationality;

— Passport, ID card, driver's license or any other identification document issued by a government agency;

— Date and place of birth;

— Phone number and email address;

— Photographs and videos provided for the purposes of the Policy in the field of countering the Financing of Terrorist Activities and the legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds during the verification process;

— Information about the login and the pseudonym that is used to access the Company's platform;

— Bank details, including account numbers and payment details;

— Information about the status of accounts opened in banks and/or payment systems;

— E-wallet addresses;

— Tax residence;

— Education;

— Work experience and place of work;

— Information about the status of a political official;

— Sources and amount of income and/or account replenishment;

— Location information and activity records obtained as a result of your use of the Company's platform;

— Other personal information that may be required in accordance with the Company's obligations to comply with the requirements of the Policy in the Field of Countering the Financing of Terrorist Activities and the Legalization (laundering) of Criminal Proceeds.

2.3. Each time a personal data subject visits the site and uses the site's services, the Company may collect the following information (including the automatic collection of such information):

— Technical information, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect the personal data subject's computer to the Internet, account login information, browser type and version, time zone settings, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;

— Information about the site visit, including the full flow of clicks on a Single Resource Access Identifier (URL) to, through and from the site (including date and time); products and services that the personal data subject viewed or searched for; page response time, loading errors, the duration of visits to certain pages, information about the interaction with the page (for example, scrolling, clicks, and mouse hovering), as well as the methods used to navigate from the page, and any phone number or email address used to contact the Company's customer support service.;

— Real-time geolocation (location) information based on data from the personal data subject's device at any time while the personal data subject downloads or uses the Company's services;

— Financial data and information about the use of services and services provided by the site, including information about transactions and their participants.

2.4. The Company does not collect or process such confidential personal data of Users as their racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, information about health, sexual life or sexual orientation.

3. Purposes of using personal data

— for carrying out advertising activities.

4. The procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of personal data processing

4.1. The security of personal data processed by the Company is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

4.2. The Company ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data of unauthorized persons.

4.3. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation or in cases provided for by this Policy.  

4.4. The personal data subject agrees that the Company has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular:

— business partners, including suppliers, contractors, stock exchanges, brokers, banks, in fulfillment of contracts concluded by the Company with these persons;

— marketing companies that require certain data to select and promote relevant ads. The Company does not disclose confidential information about its customers to marketing companies, but it can provide them with aggregated information about website users;

— providers of analytics and search engine services that help Society improve and optimize the site.

— government agencies in the case of the Company's obligation to disclose or transfer personal data in accordance with any applicable legislation or as part of the execution of decisions of relevant authorities, courts, requests from judicial and law enforcement agencies.

4.6. The period of personal data processing is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data was collected, unless another period is stipulated by the contract or the current legislation.

4.8. All information collected by third-party services, including payment systems, communication facilities and other service providers, is stored and processed by the specified persons (operators) in accordance with their The User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

4.9. The Company is not responsible for the actions of third parties with personal data, including those specified in this section of the Policy.

4.10. The Company ensures the confidentiality of personal data when processing personal data.

4.11. The Company stores personal data in a form that allows identifying the personal data subject for the entire time the personal data subject uses the Company's services, as well as for at least 5 years from the date of termination of the personal data subject's use of the Company's services or termination of customer relations with the Company, unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4.12. The condition for termination of personal data processing may be the achievement of the purposes of personal data processing, the expiration of the consent of the personal data subject, the withdrawal of consent by the personal data subject or the requirement to terminate the processing of personal data, as well as the identification of unlawful processing of personal data.

5. List of actions performed by the Company with the received personal data

5.1. The Company collects, records, systematizes, accumulates, stores, clarifies (updates, changes), extracts, uses, transfers (distributes, provides, accesses), depersonalizes, blocks, deletes and destroys personal data.

5.2. The Company performs automated processing of personal data with or without receiving and/or transmitting the information received via information and telecommunication networks.

6. Other conditions

6.1. The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest related to the processing of his personal data by contacting the Company by e-mail office@royalfinance.kg.

6.2.The Company has the right to make changes to this Policy without the User's consent. Any changes to the Company's Policy will be reflected in this document. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
