If we have the opportunity to make a financial transaction upon your request, our managers will send you an e-mail with a link to complete the verification process.

Please note that the verification link must be sent from the email address compliance@royalfinance.kg.

To pass the verification, you need to prepare the following documents and information:

• photo of a passport or other identification document,
• photo of the document confirming the address of the place of registration,
• taxpayer's individual number,
• a valid phone number.

Also during the verification process, you will receive an automatic video call. You will need to answer the questions indicated at the bottom of the video window. Each answer is given 10 seconds of time.

The internal Control Service of the Take Royal-Finance service may request additional documents and information necessary for making transactions, at its discretion, without explaining the reasons.

If the personal data was filled in incorrectly and/or photos of documents of poor quality were uploaded (personal data and/or persons are not visible), verification will be rejected.
